How can I pay for the goods?

We only accept payment with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Can I return the goods and money?

Yes, you can. Please read further below about the return and refund procedure. Feel free to contact our support service if any question arises.

How can I do that? What should I do?

To get a refund you should contact our customer service using the number 3-318-488-9516. Or the contact form and get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will write it on the shipping package when you send the product(s) back to us. If you return the goods we should receive them within 30 (thirty) days of the date of your purchase. Don’t open or use the product(s). If you want to return a product (products) you will pay for the shipping of the returned goods. You will also pay a restocking fee per unit you are returning. This fee will be deducted from the refund issued. The refund will be issued when we have received the product (s) and made sure they haven’t been used or damaged and credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days.

What is an RMA?

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. An RMA number is a number used for the shipment of returned products.

Does RMA cost money?

An RMA basically means you have been authorized to return the merchandise in question. It does not mean its free or cost money. It simply means you received authorization to return it, you will be given a unique number to authenticate the authorization.

Why is RMA important?

RMA numbers are important to both the merchant and customer. An RMA number tells the merchant that a return is being made and offers protection against fraudulent returns. The customer can use the RMA number to inquire on the progress of a return.

I’ve got an RMA number. What do I do?

After your RMA number has been issued, you should receive an email with instructions, which are printed below.
1. Mark your RMA number clearly in large text on the outside of the package. We are unable to accept packages which do not clearly show the RMA number on the outside of the box.
2. Inside the package, please include a letter providing your name, your RMA number, your return shipping address, and a brief description of the problem.
3. Please package the returned product(s) very carefully to prevent damage during transit. We recommend the original box and packing material. If the original packing is not available, we recommend at least one inch of firm padding all the way around the product. The package should be trackable and insured for an appropriate value.
4. Our support team will specify the address of shipping in the email.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of shipping of the product(s) returned.
